We want you to be confident in every order. Because our products are consumable Ayurvedic formulations taken orally, our return policy is shaped around hygiene and safety — please read it before placing an order.
1. Damaged, incorrect, or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect, or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] or +91 95300 29575 with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, at your choice.
2. Change of mind
Because our formulations are ingestible, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once a bottle has been opened, for hygiene and safety reasons. If a bottle is unopened, in its original sealed condition, and you contact us within 48 hours of delivery, we will accept a return and issue a refund minus the cost of return shipping.
3. Non-returnable items
- Any bottle that has been opened or has a broken safety seal
- Products reported more than 48 hours after delivery
4. Order cancellation
You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it has been dispatched — contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may still be eligible for a return under the terms above once it arrives.
5. Refund process
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days of approval. The exact time for the refund to reflect in your account or statement depends on your bank or payment provider.
