1. Delivery areas
We currently deliver across India through our courier partners.
2. Processing time
Orders are dispatched from our facility in Kankroli, Rajsamand within 2–3 working days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes a further 3–7 working days depending on your location, though this can vary with courier availability and local conditions. We'll share tracking details as soon as your order ships.
4. Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location and are shown at checkout before you complete payment.
5. Order tracking
You'll receive an update with your order status once it ships. For any question about where your order is, contact us with your order number and we'll check for you.
6. Failed delivery attempts
If our courier is unable to deliver your order after reasonable attempts — for example, an incorrect address or nobody available to receive it — the order may be returned to us. We'll contact you using the phone number on your account to arrange redelivery.
